Sekyra Group wins Developer of the Year award at the CIJ Awards Czech Republic 2024

Sekyra Group was successful at the prestigious CIJ Awards Czech Republic 2024, where it won the main prize in the Developer of the Year category. This award confirms Sekyra Group’s strong position in the Czech real estate sector, and recognises its long-standing work on innovation, sustainability and the creation of quality projects that improve city life.

One of the key projects to receive recognition was Česká spořitelna HQ Smíchov City, named Best Emerging Office Project of the Year. This unique 75,000 m² project is part of the extensive transformation of the Smíchov City district. It will both offer a modern working environment and contribute to the sustainable development of urban infrastructure. Smíchov City, one of the largest urban development projects in the Czech Republic, aims to create a lively district where residential, commercial and green spaces are naturally and harmoniously integrated into a traditional location.

The CIJ Awards Czech Republic is a prestigious event that has been recognising the best in the real estate market for more than 20 years. This year, a jury of more than 100 experts in architecture, investment and construction evaluated projects in several categories. The ceremony took place in an elegant setting and was attended by key market players.
