Earthworks and foundation work in Rohan City well underway

The transformation of the unused brownfield site in Karlín into a large modern district full of life and green areas has begun. The earthworks and foundation works for the first phase of Rohan City are currently well underway. It will house two office buildings and two apartment buildings, as well as all the necessary infrastructure. The first buildings, which are also noteworthy due to their exceptional design by Eva Jiřičná, will welcome their first inhabitants as early as 2023. Overall, the revitalization of the large Rohan City area, which will become a new green island in Prague, is divided into five stages and will be completed by 2035.
