A-A2 ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING

The A2 administrative building forms a single block situated along Rohanské nábřeží street, separated from traffic by a pedestrian walkway and a green belt. On the west side, the building connects to the A1 administrative building, while on the east side it is adjacent to a residential building. The northern facade of the building faces an inner courtyard garden. The building has seven above-ground and one underground floor. The above-ground floors contain leasable office and commercial space, while the underground one contains parking spaces. The street-facing facade is designed as a regular orthogonal structure. The main entrance with its adjacent reception area is located on Rohanské nábřeží street. The buildings offer standard A offices, but also additional amenities: terraces with panoramic views and facilities for sportspeople and cyclists.

Project status

  • Construction is expected to begin at the end of 2025.

  • The completion of construction is scheduled for the first half of 2028.

Accessibility

The A-A2 administrative building will be easily accessible by public transport and by car. Two metro stations, Invalidovna and Křižíkova, and tram stops for lines 3, 8 and 24 are within walking distance. All of Prague’s main transport arteries are also within easy reach. Rohanské nábřeží street provides direct access to the centre of Prague, while the inner city ring road connects Karlín to the motorway network.
