Opatov Residence

Given the current situation on the real estate market, which is significantly affected not only by the growth of construction costs, but also financial costs on the part of investors and buyers, Sekyra Group has decided not to continue implementing the Opatov Residence project for the individual buyers.

The Opatov Residence project will be redesigned and implemented for rental housing.

Our other projects are not affected by any changes.
